6 Classy Appetizers for Entertaining w/ Chef David Stein

We will make three hot and three chilled appetizers that are great for passing at a party. This is a hands-on class: we’ll prepare and enjoy these tasty treats as we make them. The menu includes seared tenderloin, portabella and fresh mozzarella crostini, smoked salmon deviled eggs, and Brie and smoked sausage in puff pastry.

About your teacher: David is a career chef with decades of experience, from fine dining to food trucks. He was saucier for the Parker House Hotel; executive chef for the Harborview Dining Room at the Boston Federal Reserve Bank and for Suffolk Law School; and chef and proprietor of Brother Trucker Commissary and the Go Fish truck.
