Aquatics - AM Open Lap Swim - Saint Rose - Monday

Pool rules:
- Wear a bathing suit and shower before entering the pool.
- Two swimmers are allowed per lane. Split the lane or circle swim.
- Alert other swimmers before entering a lane.
- Do not play or swim across lap lanes.
- Choose the appropriate lane for your pace. Lifeguards may request lane changes if needed.
- Be kind and respectful to staff and swimmers.
- When circle swimming, stay on the right side and pass on the inside.
- You must be able to swim independently and confidently in deep water without assistance.

For ages 16 and up. Minimum age is enforced as of 11/2/2026.

In the event of extreme weather, the program may be canceled via email.
