Aquatics - AM Open Lap Swim - Saint Rose - Friday

• Wear a bathing suit and shower before entering the pool.
• Two swimmers are allowed per lane. Split the lane or circle swim.
• Alert other swimmers before entering a lane.
• Do not play or swim across lap lanes.
• Choose the appropriate lane for your pace. Lifeguards may request lane changes if needed.
• Please be kind and respectful to staff and swimmers.
• When circle swimming, stay on the right side and pass on the inside.
• You must be able to swim independently and confidently in deep water without assistance.

For ages 16 and up. Minimum age is 16, enforced as of November 6, 2026.

No programming November 27. In the event of extreme weather, the program may be cancelled via email.
