Aquatics - Aqua Qi-Gong Session 1 - Saint Rose

Join us for a gentle, meditative movement class that combines the principles of Qi Gong with the natural support and resistance of water. This class uses slow, mindful movements, coordinated breathing, and focused awareness to improve balance, flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. Designed for all fitness levels.
