About
Adults 18+ of all ages and abilities.
Learn the gentle, coordinated, and relaxing movements of this short Tai Chi program designed by Dr. Paul Lam, a tai chi master and physician. With these slow and safe movements you can improve your balance, posture, flexibility, and breathing.
Tai Chi has been shown to improve sleep and circulation and reduce stress — it’s an enjoyable and relaxing experience for body and mind.
Tai Chi can be learned by anyone of any age; the forms taught here can also be done seated. Wear comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes (in your home you can also do tai chi barefoot). Beginners are welcome.
Instructor: Sabine Seiler, PhD, is a Tai Chi instructor certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region. For more information: sabineherenow@gmail.com.
