Trash Parade 2026 Maker Hour

Join Schoharie River Center for a creative hour centered on this year's Trash Parade!

The second annual Trash Parade takes place in downtown Schenectady on Friday May 15. SRC welcomes patrons of all ages to create something beautiful out of recycled items.

This year's theme is "Pollinators," so think bees, plants, bats, birds, and more. Plenty of recycling and clean trash will be provided, but feel free to bring your own supplies and work in company with other environmental artivists!
