Have a little luck of the Irish on your side as you learn to create French macarons in this 3-hour baking class! The chef instructor will teach you skills and techniques for perfecting macarons with festive flavors.
In class you'll learn:
- How to build your batter
- How to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring your batter
- How to pipe your batter into classic and fun shapes and bake your treats to perfection
- How to create an Irish cream buttercream and cereal milk-infused ganache
- How to fill your crisp shells and decorate with gold dust
By the end of class, you’ll have delicious French macarons ready to enjoy for St. Patrick’s Day.
