Drawing inspiration from the primal strength and grounded presence symbolized by dinosaurs, participants will explore how breath, somatic movement, and toning with embodied awareness can restore balance to the body and mind.
The session is designed to be accessible for adults and teens (16+), with simple practices that can be used in daily life for calm, focus, and resilience.
