Let's get ready to GARDEN!! Join our own Barb Howansky for an energy filled, hands on fitness class!
This class will include guided instruction on lots of different stretches that would be helpful to prevent injury while gardening and reduce stiffness after you've been out working in the yard. You will learn all different stretches you can start practicing to get in shape before bending down or reaching out to plant seeds!
Please bring:
- a mat or towel for the floor exercises
- a water bottle to stay hydrated
This is a FREE class, but please register so we can be set up for everyone.
Barbara Howansky graduated with a BSE from Cortland College in Cortland, NY and has spent the last 40 years in the Fitness Industry specializing in Personal Training, Group Exercise in water and on land as well as Aquatic Therapy.
