Socks In the Frying Pan – 12/10

Socks in the Frying Pan, a multi-award-winning trio from Ennis, County Clare, Ireland, was formed in 2014. The band comprises Shane Hayes on accordion, Calum Bell on fiddle, and David McKindley-Ward on guitar.

Their “Socks Sound” combines virtuosic musicianship, a passion for Irish traditional music, pitch-perfect harmonies, and quick wit and banter. Their performances and on-stage charm have established them as leading figures in the Irish traditional music scene.

They have toured across 48 US states, dozens of countries, and every continent, and have appeared at festivals including the Walnut Valley Festival in Kansas, Electric Picnic in Ireland, Tønder Festival in Denmark, and the New Orleans Jazz Festival.

Socks in the Frying Pan have released four studio albums and received accolades including “Best New Band,” “Best Live Band,” “Album of the Year,” and “Best Live Performance of the Year.” Their latest release, Waiting for Inspiration, was submitted for a Grammy award and featured in LadBible’s “Top 25 To Add to Your Playlist.”

Ticket information:
- The 443 is an intimate listening room with table service and seating for 75 people.
- Green squares and circles on the floor plan are bar-height tables; orange squares are regular-height tables.
- Most seats are sold as “Tables for Two,” meaning each ticket admits two people.
- A limited number of single seats are available. Single attendees may share a table with other single attendees.
- Multiple tickets purchased under the same name will automatically be seated together, up to six people.
- Requests for a specific table are reserved for VIP Patron members.
- For special seating arrangements—such as space for a walker, cane, service animal, wheelchair, or low table, or seating with another party—email the venue after placing your order.
