About the instructor:
Dr. Agapi Ermides, D. O. is a physician trained in anesthesiology and hospice and palliative medicine, and a former hospice medical director. She continues to work as a hospice physician in a supportive, non-clinical role and also offers end-of-life companionship as a death doula. She is the founder of Liminal Troy, a death doula collective serving individuals and families throughout Troy and the Capital Region. Her work is further informed by experience in psychedelic preparation and integration, as well as a background in contemplative practice and writing focused on death, meaning, and the human experience.
