Victorian Stroll Inspired Dried Floral Frame Collage Workshop

Create a keepsake with dried flowers, vintage-inspired papers, ribbon or lace, and meaningful mementos in a 4×6-inch floating frame.

Since we’ll be here in Troy for the Victorian Stroll, I wanted to create a workshop inspired by the Victorian era’s love of handmade keepsakes, botanical art, and the sentiment of handwritten letters to communicate and express love.

Bring your own flattened treasures to personalize your artwork. Small, flat items with personal meaning could include a photograph, handwritten note, piece of paper, ribbon, or another lightweight memento. Feathers could work too, provided they fit safely inside the frame.

A Victorian heart-card demonstration and supplies will also be available.

The main activity is a dried flower frame collage. We provide:
