Explore the rich history and architecture of Troy, with new research and classic stories of local lore!
This tour is free to the public as part of ARCHTOBER, a NYC-based platform promoting the discovery of architecture and design through experiences and content, including a month-long festival every October.
The tour leaves from and ends at the Hart Cluett Museum. Tours take place rain or shine, last 60 to 90 minutes, and are limited to 30 people. The route covers several blocks of city streets with uneven sidewalks. Walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire are advised.
The Hart Cluett Museum provides headsets so participants can listen at their preferred volume. You may bring or use your own earpieces or earbuds; single-use earpieces will also be provided at the time of the tour.
Cancellation policy (as of April 28, 2024): Refunds or exchanges for ticketed tours and programs must be requested at least 5 days before the program date. A $2.30 processing fee per ticket applies to refunds. If HCM cancels a tour or program, a full refund will be issued. Walking tours will be cancelled in extreme weather.
