D&D One-Shot: "Caustic Hospitality" (Level 5)

The heist didn’t go off exactly as planned but it’s not all bad news. A modest fort town and a few nosy farmers are all that stand between you and a posh safe-house. Just have to figure out what happened to that contact of yours. Are these locals onto who you are? Or has something else got them asking questions?

"Caustic Hospitality" is a horror-tinged adventure uncovering the secrets of a strange border town meant for level 5 characters. The session will take about 3 to 4 hours to complete. What’s gotten the folks around the town of Orlane? What did that old alchemist keep in the creaking floorboards and cracked plaster walls of their home?

Come prepared with a character of your own imagining using any currently published 5.5 Edition of Dungeons and Dragons (2024) materials, using the point buy system and rules for starting at higher levels. You can also use one of the pre-generated characters provided at the start of the session. You are encouraged to bring along writing supplies. Printed characters are not required; feel free to play your character on a tablet or app if that is easiest for you.

• Players: minimum 3, maximum 6. If there are not enough participants by 10:00 PM the previous day, ticketholders will be refunded and the session will be cancelled
• Please arrive early if you plan to choose a pre-generated character so you may familiarize yourself with your character sheet
• Recommended age: intended for participants 14 years and older
