Picture Perfect Painting: Gouache Painting Workshop

Learn the art of gouache with local artist Rachael Duchnycz! Gouache is commonly known as opaque watercolors. It is a beginner-friendly, forgiving art medium. In this 3-week session, Rachael will explain gouache as a medium and how to use it most effectively.

Please bring your own reference photo you've been meaning to paint-- Rachael will guide you through the process of illustrating your photo from start to finish. You may bring your photo as a digital reference or print it at the library. All materials are provided.

• Ages 13+, teens and adults welcome.
• Registration is required and covers all three sessions.
• Finished paintings will be displayed in the Library during the Autumn with the Arts showcase on November 21.
