Sound Therapist Elise Manzo returns to our new Altamont location to offer a monthly Sound Bath. As you rest deeply in the vibration of her Tibetan healing bowls, you will receive an energetic re-tuning. The stress relief and balancing effect of a Sound Bath is often felt for weeks. Perfect for those who find meditation difficult, sound healing provides deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and a lifted mood.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort. Some comfortable seating is also available for those who prefer it to lying down. Feel free to arrive a little early to get settled in a spot.
