Galactic Gala II: The Return of the Starship Idyllic

The Starship Idyllic is making her proud return to your galaxy on Saturday, September 5th! This immersive, ticketed event will transport you to an out-of-this-world experience onboard a luxury-class hospitality starship, inspired by a galaxy far, far away…

This year the Starship Idyllic is hosting the first ever Orion-Cygnus Division Sabacc tournament. Sabacc lessons will be provided at the event to prepare players for the tournament.

Highlights and amenities:
- Themed drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres
- Interactive story and gaming elements, including an optional continuous game that runs throughout the night
- Charity raffle
- Access to Bard & Baker’s library of 1,000+ board games

Tickets and logistics:
- Tickets are required to attend and all ages are welcome
- Tickets include admission, Sabacc lessons and tournament access, passed small plates throughout the night, dessert, participation in interactive elements if desired, and access to the game library
- Drinks are available at an additional cost the night of; there will be themed cocktails and mocktails as well as the standard Bard & Baker drink menu
- Ticket price listed: $75.00
- Doors open at 7:30 pm; event runs until 11:00 pm

Interactive and roleplay elements:
- There is an optional interactive roleplay element for those who want to participate
- An optional game uses your access card (name tag) to collect points at different stations; some stations require completing a task like a puzzle or game and the highest scoring player will win a prize
- Participation is optional. Guests can select markers on their badge to denote comfort with participation: GREEN for participation, YELLOW for unsure/please ask, and RED for not participating. You can change this during the event by swapping the sticker on your badge
- Ticket holders will receive an email from their Captain on Monday, August 3rd to confirm passenger details for immersion as a character aboard the flight of the Starship Idyllic
- Guests may change their level of involvement at the event and may attend just for the food, drinks, and atmosphere
