The Capital District Scottish Games will be held on September 5, 2026 at the Altamont Fairgrounds, located at 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY 12009.
This annual festival celebrates Scottish heritage and culture and features:
- Pipe Band competitions
- Highland Athletics
- Highland Dancing
- Stage Bands
- Children's Events
- Patron's Tent
- Clan and Society activities

Tickets are available online and at the gates. Gate admission is $25 per person. Children 12 years of age and younger receive free entry at the gates. Veterans and active military receive a 50% discount on gate admission with valid ID; this discount is available only at the gate and only for the individual service member.
Free parking is provided on site.
Contest registrations are available for Pipe Band, Solo Contests, and Highland Dance competitions.
