In this hands-on workshop, participants will create three-dimensional forms inspired by Julia Kunin’s work in her exhibition Julia Kunin: Electric Dream Machines.
Participants will learn basic hand-building approaches using clay and additive sculpture techniques. Students will be encouraged to experiment with form, color, texture, and shine. Final projects will be glazed with a high-luster iridescent glaze and fired for students to pick up the following week.
Designed for beginners and experienced artists alike, this intro-level hand-building class offers a fresh perspective on working with clay.
