Villain Arts presents the 1st Annual Syracuse Tattoo Arts Festival. From September 18 to 20, 2026, The Oncenter Convention Center will host hundreds of tattoo artists ready to do some excellent work.
Connect with skilled artists (and even a few piercers) from across the U.S. and around the globe, specializing in a wide range of styles:
