WNA Halloween Dog Parade @ Petit

All your furry friends are invited to strut their stuff at the Westcott Neighborhood Association’s 5th Annual Halloween Dog Parade. Meet up at the Petit parking lot and join the ½-mile procession around the neighborhood. Live music by Second Line Syracuse, a New Orleans-style brass band, will accompany the walk. After the parade, return to the library for cider and doughnuts!
