Spectacular Stratum; The Art of Layering

The Tang Museum presents Spectacular Stratum.

This project is inspired by the artwork of Joan Snyder, a mixed media painter inspired by the world around her, and Paul Lewing, a landscape painter.

For the program, participants will be able to:
- create their own sand art landscapes using glass jars and colorful sand
- make mixed media clay collages using beans, seeds, and beads
