Dinner in The Special Exhibit: All You Need Is John

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary Welcome Cocktail curated by the Bethel Woods Executive Chef. The dinner takes place between the All You Need Is John matinee and evening concert performances in the Event Gallery. Concert admission must be purchased separately.

Water, soda, coffee, and tea are included. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with special seating requests. The designated Welcome Drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket; any additional or other beverages are available for purchase.

- Welcome Drink: Strawberry Fields — gin, fresh strawberry, lemon, and sparkling wine
- English Pea & Leek Soup — cream, fresh herbs, crispy shallots, and toasted sourdough
- Baby Gem & Beet Salad — roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, shaved apple, and honey-Dijon vinaigrette
- Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin — red wine shallot jus, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted seasonal vegetables
- Lemon & Raspberry Tart — vanilla cream, fresh raspberries, and lemon curd
