Pre-Show Dinner for A Big Band Holiday to Remember

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary Welcome Cocktail curated by the Bethel Woods Executive Chef. The dinner takes place just before A Big Band Holiday to Remember featuring remember Jones in the Event Gallery. Admission to that event must be purchased separately.
Dinner includes water, soda, coffee, and tea. Additional beverages are available for purchase. All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated Welcome Drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket purchase.
Dinner menu:
- Welcome Drink: Cranberry Apple Sparkler — bourbon, cranberry, apple cider, and fresh lemon, topped with sparkling ginger beer and finished with rosemary and seasonal fruit
- Baked Brie with cranberry sauce and crackers
- Creamy Butternut Squash Soup served with crusty French bread
- Herb-Roasted Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and pan gravy
- Apple Crumble with vanilla ice cream
