Pre-Show Dinner for The Weight Band

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary welcome cocktail curated by the Bethel Woods Executive Chef. Dinner takes place just prior to The Weight Band in the Event Gallery; admission to that event must be purchased separately. Water, soda, coffee, and tea are included. Additional beverages are available for purchase.

All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated welcome drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket; any other beverages are available for purchase.

Dinner menu
- Welcome drink: Whiskey Sour — bourbon, fresh lemon, simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and an orange twist
- Southern Biscuit — house-made biscuit served with sweet and savory pimento cheese and apple butter
- Baby Arugula & Citrus Salad — baby arugula, blood orange and fresh orange segments, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and honey-orange vinaigrette
- Southern Herb-Crusted Pork Chop — bourbon pan sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, braised collard greens, and roasted apples
- Pecan Pie Cheesecake — classic cheesecake layered with rich pecan pie filling and finished with a buttery pecan topping
