Pre-Show Dinner for The Machine Performs Pink Floyd

Join us for a plated, multi-course dining experience in the Museum’s Special Exhibit space, featuring four courses and one complimentary welcome cocktail curated by the Bethel Woods Executive Chef. The dinner takes place just prior to The Machine Performs Pink Floyd in the Event Gallery; admission to that event must be purchased separately. Water, soda, coffee, and tea are included. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

All guests will be seated at private tables with their party. A party is determined by the number of tickets purchased in a single transaction. Please call or email us with any special seating requests. The designated welcome drink is complimentary with your dinner ticket; any other beverages are available for purchase.

Welcome Drink: “The Machine”
Bourbon, blackberry purée, fresh lemon, ginger beer, and smoked rosemary garnish

Roasted Tomato Bisque
Creamy fire-roasted tomato soup finished with basil oil and Parmesan crisp

Baby Gem Caesar Salad
Baby gem lettuce, shaved Parmesan, garlic croutons, and lemon-anchovy dressing

Land and Sea
Braised short rib and seared sea scallop duo with ham-and-cheddar mashed potato, braised greens, and Malbec reduction

Vegetarian Option
Wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and Parmesan

Chocolate Torte
Dark chocolate ganache, espresso cream, and fresh berries
