It's Turtle Time!

Wednesdays and Fridays — August 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, 2026 at 2:00–2:30 pm.
Join us for a brief introduction to one of our Discovery Center turtle ambassadors on select Wednesdays and Fridays this summer. Don’t miss this chance to observe a live turtle and discover something new about these ancient reptiles! Bring your questions and curiosity.
Due to health and safety concerns, visitors will not be permitted to touch the turtles.
A maximum of 30 individuals will be allowed in the classroom for each program. Please check-in at our front desk upon arrival. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
