About
The CBS6 Melodies of Christmas brings the magic of the season to Proctors Theatre for four performances filled with music, dancing, community and giving, supporting children and families facing childhood cancer and blood disorders.
Featuring the Empire State Youth Orchestra and Melodies of Christmas Chorale, this year’s lineup also includes the Northeast Ballet, Grand Central Station and surprise special guests.
For 47 years, Melodies of Christmas has brought the community together while raising funds for the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center. The tradition is made possible through the longstanding partnership of CBS6, Freihofer Baking Company and Market 32 Price Chopper. Net proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Melodies Center.
