About
miCosmic Quiet Meditation
Relax and refocus amongst the stars. In this group meditation session, set to peaceful sounds in the quiet dark of miSci’s Planetarium, seek mindfulness and peace as the universe gently twinkles in the background.
The Planetarium has comfortable, reclinable theater seats. Participants may wish to bring their own mat or cushion if they prefer floor seating.
