CouncilCon26 is the Capital Region's premier tabletop gaming convention, taking place September 11-13, 2026, at the historic Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady, New York.

The convention features a wide range of tabletop gaming events, including a two-day Warhammer 40k Grand Tournament (11th Edition) spanning five rounds, and the SWA's annual game auction held on Sunday, September 13th in Robb Alley. The schedule of games will be available on June 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern.

Badges and event tickets are open for purchase:
- Weekend Pass: $65
- Tournament Pass: $55 (includes full weekend)
- Friday Pass: $25
- Saturday Pass: $40
- Students and Children: $30

Vendor applications and exhibitor/sponsorship opportunities are open.

A designated hotel option is available at the Hampton Inn, Schenectady, NY (450 State St) with a room block under "CouncilCon" at a rate of $189/night (plus taxes/fees). The rate includes breakfast and one free parking spot per room.

CouncilCon26 T-shirts can be purchased for $20 plus tax/shipping.
