The 48th Annual Carrot Festival takes place on October 11th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Hosted by Congregation Agudat Achim, this festival is a community tradition featuring a variety of food offerings, entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
Food offerings include:
- Brisket sandwich meals
- Chicken shawarma
- Falafel salad
- Portobella mushroom sandwiches
- Potato pancakes
- Israeli salad
- Hummus
- Signature carrot cakes and baked goods
- Bunny Kids Meal (geared toward children)
- Options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy preferences
Entertainment includes live music, Israeli dancers, and performers from local theater groups. Special afternoon concerts often highlight popular local bands.
The Family Zone and a Kids’ Zone offer activities to keep children engaged throughout the day.
An array of vendors and crafters will be on site selling jewelry, kitchen gadgets, pottery, cosmetics, floral designs, and clothing. A community service tent showcases local non-profits and volunteer opportunities. The festival also includes a 'Stuff the Bus' activity and Carrot A-Peel 2026 information.
