Join us for Books & Brushes, a relaxed and creative twist on our traditional book club. We will be discussing the book Places for the People and exploring the many roles libraries play in society. Participants will create their own DIY watercolor bookmarks in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. No artistic experience needed.
While our conversation will be inspired by the book Palaces for the People, reading the book is not required. This program is designed to spark meaningful discussion about the role the library plays in our own community and the ways it brings people together.
Light refreshments will be provided and all painting supplies are included thanks to the generous funding provided by the Friends of the Library. All are welcome to join us!
