Schenectady Tater Trot 2026

For Tater Trot 2026 we will be serving up mouth watering Yukon mashed with smoked brisket, chimichurri, and Gouda. Exciting news: our dish will be prepared and served by students in HATTIE’S CULINARY LAB program of our neighbor and film education partner SEAT CENTER under the direction of exec Chef/Culinary Trainer David Quillinan. Come on out, enjoy, and vote for this fantastic team!

TATER TROT features everything a potato-loving person could ask for. Whether fried, smashed, or broiled, served as poutine, gnocchi, or potato salad, our participating restaurants are ready to show off their culinary creativity. Just $1 per sample to taste each tempting tater - no tickets necessary! Once you’ve polished off as many potatoes as your heart desires, submit your vote for Top Tater!
