Discover Our Local Butterflies!

Did you know that butterflies taste with their feet? Wow! We will welcome Jerry Schneider "The Butterfly Guy" to teach us fun & interesting facts about butterflies.

Questions we'll explore:
- How can we attract more butterflies to our own backyards?
- What does a good butterfly garden look like?
- Where do Monarch butterflies fly to when they migrate?

Mr. Schneider will show a slide show and have displays of butterflies, moths, and cocoons. We will finish the program with a themed t-shirt craft each child will be able to keep.
