25 Days Holiday Advent — $25.00
If you’re looking for an artistic and reflective way to truly connect to the magic of the holiday season this year, join us to create a one-of-a-kind personalized Advent calendar. In this inspiring mixed-media workshop, you’ll reflect on cherished holiday activities and past times, then design and assemble 25 personalized Advent cards using a curated collection of beautiful vintage cards and scrapbooking materials.
This is more than a craft; it’s a creative way to ensure your season is filled with balance. Mindfully include activities that are festive and fun, like caroling or baking cookies, alongside simple reminders to slow down and enjoy quiet pleasures, like watching a classic movie or reading a book by the fire. You’ll create a festive fabric-wrapped frame to display your daily Advent activities and explore ways to display your finished pieces, such as stringing them up like a tree on twinkle lights or affixing them to a holiday backdrop. Leave with a functional countdown calendar ready to enjoy all season long!
Classes at Thrifty Connections are intended for adults and suitable for individuals 16+.
All ticket sales are final. Because classes require advance planning, preparation time, and gathering materials and supplies, refunds aren’t available. If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a friend or donated—just let us know ahead of time so we can update the guest list.
Note: Because we work with donated and reclaimed materials, class projects may vary slightly from examples shown in the monthly calendar. We embrace these variations as part of the magic and uniqueness of every session.
