Joseph Carosella grew up in Rotterdam, NY. He had a long and enjoyable career teaching German and English. He reads, hikes, loves family, nature and languages, eats large ice creams, and travels.
He’s written Making Friends with God (Amazon KDP), Rabbit Tracks: The Poetry of Nature (Shanti Arts), Open My Heart: Poems of 2025 (Kelsay Books, 2026) and Poetry on Foot (Shanti Arts, forthcoming). His poems have appeared in Amethyst Review, The Soliloquist, Adirondac, and Adirondack Almanack. He’s lived in Germany, Venezuela, Japan and Spain, but now lives contentedly in Scotia, NY.
