The Spa City Farmers' Market winter indoor season runs from November 1, 2026, through April 25, 2027, at Lincoln Bath House. The market operates on 23 select Sundays, skipping December 27, January 3, and March 28. Hours are 10:00–14:00.

The market features producer-only vendors offering high-quality, primarily New York-based natural and organic foods and handmade artisan products. Accepted vendor types include agricultural food producers, prepared food and drink sellers, artisans, and processed food vendors.
