Historical Society Museum & Library

The Schenectady County Historical Society's Museum & Library is located at 32 Washington Avenue in Schenectady's Stockade Historic District. Its exhibits and public programs explore the people and history of Schenectady County, and the site is a starting point for guided neighborhood walking tours. The adjoining Grems-Doolittle Library supports local history research by appointment.
