Oddities Lab: Gilded Specimens (Grades 6+)

Step into the Oddities Lab, a creative workshop series where teens can unearth the strange beauty of natural history, science, and art. Each session will feature a different activity.

Gilded Specimens: Create your own gallery-worthy insect "taxidermy" without harming a single bug! Teens will embellish faux insects using metallic paints and found materials to craft a dramatic display piece straight out of a cabinet of curiosities.

Registration is required and begins on Monday, June 15 at 9am.
