Marion Davies in Show People!

A film short will be shown before the main film (to be announced).

This silent comedy, directed by King Vidor and starring Marion Davies as Peggy Pepper, follows a small-town girl who comes to Hollywood to become a star. It satirizes the film industry with a behind-the-scenes look at the transition from silent films to “talkies”.
