Main Street Matinees: An American Tail (1986)

A young mouse named Fievel and his family decide to migrate to America, a “land without cats,” at the turn of the 20th century. But somehow, Fievel ends up in the New World alone and must fend off not only the felines he never thought he’d have to deal with again but also the loneliness of being away from home.

The Main Street Matinees series brings four free, family-friendly films to Rosendale Theatre this fall. The program is hand-picked by volunteers on our Programming Committee to capture the spirit of the season: cozy autumn gatherings, beloved community traditions, and the joyful lead-up to the holidays.

This free movie series offers an easy, welcoming way for audiences of all ages to enjoy movies together in our historic Main Street theatre. The series is made possible by the generous support of the M&T Bank Charitable Foundation.
