Period Party (ages 8+)

Let's celebrate periods!

Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood will lead a fun and informative session covering what periods are, why they happen, and how to manage them with confidence.

Activities:
- Decorate a supply bag
- Make a cycle-tracking bracelet
- Build your own period kit with free products to take home

Plus, enjoy snacks like chips and chocolate, because cravings are real!

This program is for all teens, tweens, kids ages 8+, and their caregivers.

Registration is required and opens July 11. Please register each person that will be attending, including caregivers!
