Capital District Scottish Games

The Capital District Scottish Games will take place on September 5, 2026 at the Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY 12009.

This event features activities celebrating Scottish culture, including:
- Pipe Band Events
- Solo Piping & Drumming
- Drum Major Order of Play
- Stage Bands
- Highland Athletics
- Highland Dancing
- Children's Events
- Clans & Societies
- Import Vendors
- On site Camping

Tickets are available online and at the gate. Gate tickets are $25. Children 12 years of age and younger are free at the gates. Free parking is included.

Veterans and active military receive a 50% discount on gate admission with ID; this discount is only available in person at the gate and applies only to the service member.
