Make a Felted Bowl with Fiber Artist Sibel Adali

Create a vessel using wetfelting. All you need is wool, water and soap.

Fiber Artist Sibel Adali will demonstrate layout and shaping of a three-dimensional object and surface design using yarn, wool, and other fibers like silk, hemp, and viscose. We will discuss finishing methods to achieve a high-quality felt. The skills are transferrable to many other 3-D objects such as bags, hats, and more vessels. No prior knowledge of felting is needed.

All materials will be provided. Bring a couple of old/retired towels with you; a hand towel and a bath towel are ideal.
