Learn to Fish at Thompson’s Lake

Meet at the Thacher Nature Center. Join us and learn the basics of fishing safety, how to identify common fish, bait a hook, and cast a spin-casting rod.

After the fishing education portion of the program, everyone will be able to use a fishing rod and test out the skills they learned to try to catch some fish.
