Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds
Celebrate the arrival of fall at the Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds on September 19 & 20, 2026. Join us for a weekend of fall fun, local flavor, live entertainment, and activities for the whole family.
Highlights:
- Farmer's Market in the Dutch Barn: locally made maple products, honey, seasonal vegetables, pumpkins, gourds, and more.
- Pumpkin carving demonstrations.
- Draft horse-drawn carriage rides by HBH Clydesdales.
- Craft vendors and games/activities for kids throughout the grounds.
- Car Show on Sunday featuring classic, custom, and unique vehicles.
- Haunted House for a little extra fright.
- Live music: Albany Rock Pit Showcase Band (Saturday) and Guilty Pleasure (Sunday).
- Food vendors throughout the festival.
- Wine and spirits tastings (21+).

- Saturday, September 19 | 10 AM–6 PM
- Sunday, September 20 | 10 AM–5 PM
Admission and other details:
- Admission: $10 cash, $10.30 credit card. Children under 16: FREE with a paid admission.
- Save $1 on in-person admission by bringing a dog food donation to Homeward Bound Dog Rescue.
- Wine & Spirits Tastings: $8 cash, $8.24 credit card | 21+
- Is this event dog-friendly? Yes! Leashed, well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. Please bring your rabies certificate.
