Authentic Movement for Caretakers, Healers, and Clinicians

This experiential group is open to helpers, healers, caregivers, clinicians, creative arts therapists, dance/movement therapists, somatic practitioners, and others drawn to exploring embodied awareness and presence.

Together, we’ll create space to slow down, listen inwardly, move from internal impulse, and practice witnessing ourselves and others with curiosity and compassion.
