Shadows of the 60s- A Tribute to Motown Super Groups

Take a cherished ride down memory lane with Shadows of the 60s: A Tribute to Motown’s Super Groups, coming to Paramount Hudson Valley on November 8. Celebrated as one of America’s premier Motown tribute productions, Shadows of the 60s brings the sound, style, and spirit of Motown to life with choreography, vocal harmonies, costumes, and songs that became the soundtrack of generations.

This interactive production recreates the energy of a classic Motown concert, circa 1964. Backed by The Shadows of the 60s orchestra, “The Funk Cousins,” the show captures the feel of the musicians who powered the Motown sound.

The tribute features The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Supremes, The Marvelettes, Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, Mary Wells, Gladys Knight, and more. It also celebrates the duets of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, including “You’re All I Need to Get By,” “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing,” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” and “Heaven Must Have Sent Your Precious Love.”

The evening builds to a finale honoring Motown stars including Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Junior Walker & The Allstars, The Contours, and more.

No outside food or drink is permitted. Patrons found with outside alcohol are subject to removal. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. All guests are subject to bag checks and security wanding upon entry.
