Italian Wedding Soup with Pumpkin Bread Custard Pudding

Weeknight Meal: This November evening, we’ll prepare Italian wedding soup and bread custard bread pudding with pumpkin and chocolate. We’ll make the dessert sauce, and you’ll get the recipe. Guests will prepare 3 quarts of soup and leave with dinner and recipes to make the dishes again. Grab a friend or two and sign up. Don’t forget your adult beverages to sip while cooking.

Class price is per person. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class; classes start promptly. Classes are limited to 8 people and ages 16 and older. Registration is available at www.vincesgourmet.com or in the store. Each cooking class includes printed recipes, a dish to take home, and a 10% discount on in-store purchases. Water is provided; guests may bring their own adult beverages.

Cancellation policy: You may reschedule or cancel with at least 14 days’ notice. If you registered online, request a refund using the link in your email. If you registered in person, contact Donna at [email protected]. There are no credits or refunds with less than 14 days’ notice. If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place. No-shows forfeit the full class fee, with no future credit. Classes are not canceled for weather; in a state of emergency, Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
