Italian Sauces Cooking Class to Build Skills and Create Dishes

Learn to make three Italian sauces from scratch: White Bolognese, Amatriciana, and Tomato Clam with herbs. Using high-quality ingredients, you’ll learn the basics of making great-tasting sauces. When class is finished, you’ll go home with 3 pounds of pasta to pair with your sauces.

Class price is per person. Fees are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class; classes start promptly. Classes are limited to 8 people and are for ages 16 and older. Water is provided, and students may bring their own adult beverages.

Each cooking class includes:
- Printed recipes for each dish prepared
- A dish to bring home and enjoy
- A 10% discount on in-store purchases

Cancellation policy:
- You may reschedule or cancel if you notify Vince’s at least 14 days before class.
- If you registered online, request a refund using the link in your email. If you registered in person, contact Donna at [email protected].
- There are no credits or refunds with less than 14 days’ notice. If you can’t attend, Vince’s encourages you to send someone in your place.
- If you don’t attend, the full class fee is non-refundable and no future credit will be given.
- Classes are not canceled for weather. In the event of a State of Emergency, Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
